apps.kommander.mesosphere.io/v1alpha2 Support

The v1alpha2 version in the API group apps.kommander.mesosphere.io is now deprecated and is replaced by version v1alpha3. The Kommander conversion webhook automatically migrates any resources from v1alpha2 to v1alpha3.

The --charts-bundle Flag is no Longer Required for Kommander Installation

The --charts-bundle flag was used to specify a bundle of charts for installing Kommander in the air-gapped environments. The Kommander install process is enhanced and no longer requires this flag.
