The following resolved incidents are fixed or corrected in this release.

CAPX Failed to Create a VM due to a Missing GPU Information

Resolved an upstream issue where CAPX failed to create a GPU enabled VM in Prism Central instances that have more than 100 hosts.

Upgrading Kubernetes Workload Cluster From NKP Version 2.15 to 2.16 Failed

Resolved an issue where a Kubernetes workload cluster with a custom namespace configuration failed to upgrade from NKP version 2.15 to 2.16.

Workload Cluster Deployment Issues Due to Memory Leak

Resolved an issue where newly created workload clusters were missing Container Storage Interface (CSI) pods and other services due to a memory leak in the cluster API addon provider helm (CAAPH) component. The CAAPH component is responsible for handling CSI and other critical component deployments in the workload clusters.

Autoscaler Failure on Non-Nutanix NKP Clusters With Nutanix AHV Management Cluster

Resolved an issue where the autoscaler failed to deploy on NKP workload clusters on AWS or vSphere when the management cluster was on Nutanix AHV.

Resolved an issue where a missing libnftnl package in the Rocky 9.5 operating system bundle caused installation failures during NKP image creation.

Kommander UI Becomes Unavailable When the kommander-ui Pod is Rescheduled

Resolved an issue where the kommander-ui became unavailable after the pod rescheduled in environments with more than 20 clusters. The repeated termination was due to excessive concurrent polling during startup that overwhelmed the pod before it reached readiness.

NKP Failed to Create an Air-gapped GPU Image with RHEL 8.10 Built by NIB

Resolved an issue where NKP failed to create an air-gapped GPU image for Nutanix with RHEL 8.10 using the --artifacts-directory flag due to mismatched kernel headers in the operating system package bundle built by NIB.

Resolved an issue where the Create Cluster and Upload YAML to Create Cluster options are grayed out during cluster creation.

Kommander-CA in Workload Clusters Does not Specify a Duration

Resolved an issue where the kommander-CAcertificate for workload clusters failed to specify a duration, defaulting to 90 days. The duration is now set correctly during fresh installations.

NodePools Missing in the Management Cluster Nodepools Tab

Resolved an issue where the node pools in the management cluster were not visible in the NodePools tab in the NKP user interface, preventing the addition or modification of cluster resources.

A Modal Appears to Enable Cert-Manager on the Management Cluster

Fixed an issue where a modal appeared to enable Cert-Manager on the management cluster when the Traefik application is modified in the Kommander user interface.
