RHEL 8.8

Support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8.8 will be deprecated with NKP 2.14 on infrastructure service providers such as Pre-provisioned, AWS, and vSphere clusters when it reaches the End of Life.

The -charts-bundle flag was used to specify a bundle of charts for installing Kommander in the air-gapped environments. The Kommander install process is enhanced and no longer requires this flag.
