AI Navigator does not support the NKPFS license

Resolved an issue where the AI Navigator and APIAuthorizer did not support the NKP Full Stack license.

Resolved the docker hub rate limiting issue by embedding Kubernetes FIPS images into the Konvoy image builder and the Nutanix image builder docker image.

Resolved an issue where the Certificate Upload dialog greyed out selecting the certificate with file extension .crt. You can now select certificate files with extensions such as .pem, .crt, .cer, and .cert while creating a workload cluster.

Resolved an issue where GPU configurations in the node pool user interface reset when changing the worker node count. Nutanix recommends ensuring the GPU configuration is valid for the selected worker node count.
