NKP 2.12.1 Features and Enhancements

The following improvements are included in this release:

Ubuntu 22.04 Support

NKP 2.12.1 supports Ubuntu 22.04 on vSphere.

Oracle Linux 8.9 Support

NKP 2.12.1 supports Oracle Linux 8.9 on pre-provisioned and AWS.

Support for Fully Qualified Username to Use vSphere CSI

The upstream vSphere CSI driver version in this release now strictly enforces a long-standing requirement that vSphere usernames be fully qualified domain names, such as administrator@vsphere.local. Attempting to use a non-FQDN username prevents the vSphere CSI driver from working.  When upgrading to this version, you should inspect the secret and ensure the username is correct. vSphere 7.0.3 Support

NKP 2.12.1 supports vSphere v7.0.3 as the minimum version.
